Nipper Assemblies for Rieter E7/5A, E60H & E62

We have successfully developed the latest lightweight Aluminium Alloy Nipper assemblies of Rieter E60 and E62 models. These Nippers are manufatured with C.A.M.P (Computer Aided Machining Process) technique. We have supplied these Nippers as replacement for OEM's and the same is working in most of the mills in India and abroad.
We also convert the Rieter E7/5 to E7/5A type by incorporating these latest lightweight Aluminium Alloy Nippers as a Retrofit Kit. We can also supply similar Retrofit kits to convert the Vouk CM 400 to Rieter E7/5A type. The details of Retrofit Conversion kit are as follows.

The direct loading high power of the nipper pair ensures perfect processing of heavier laps.
|
|
Feed roller has been moved closure to the nipping point and a pressure bar has been provided.
|
|
The nipper grip has been modified to 3.5mm by adapting C.A.M.P Technique.
|
|
Forward and backward feed is obtained in the same Ratchet Wheel by changing the Ratchet Pawl.
|

|
Increase in production due to process of Heavier laps.
|
|
2-3% saving in noil due to selective fibre separation.
|
|
Improved sliver quality with reduction in nep levels and thick places.
|
|
Change over from forward to backward motion in the shortest time.
