Noil Saving Retofit Kit LR E7/4 and LK250

We have successfully developed and supplied Retrofit Noil Saving Nipper
Conversion Kit for upgrading the 2nd generation E7/4 & LK 250 combers
to the latest 3rd generation Rieter E7/5A and E62 Combers. This High
performance Nipper kit with modified nipper geometry has ensured saving of
1.5% to 2% noils and 10% -15% increase in production (due to process of
heavier laps) for the existing yarn imperfection and CSP levels. These
Retrofit kits are manufactured with C.A.M.P (Computer Aided Machining
Process) Technique and have enhanced life due to low Wear and tear.

Feed roller has been advanced by 10mm and a pressure bar has been provided to
attain an ideal short nipping distance(37 mm). |

Improved Nipper grip and feed roller grip by provision of calibrated springs to
take Heavier Lap weights. |

The nipper form profile (double clamping distance has been increased to 3.5mm by
adapting C.A.M.P technique. |
|
Conical Nipper pins with tension elements and retaining bars has been provided
on the Bottom Nippers. |
|
Modified nipper geometry helps in noil saving and increase in production. |
|

1.5%-2% noil saving (depending on staple length) for existing yarn imperfection
and CSP Levels. |
